The honor roll lists for Graceland University's 2014 Spring Term have been announced. Graceland commends the students who have devoted their efforts and talents to their academic success!

More than 600 students were candidates for undergraduate degrees during the May 17, 2014, commencement ceremony in White Auditorium in Emporia.

Graceland University students who complete the Career Perspectives class have elected to devote one academic quarter to personal development that encourages an in-depth look at passion, vocation, work related values and occupational fit. They have completed a research project on one possible career choice and assessments that allow a better understanding of personal and professional skills and strengths.

Phi Eta Sigma is the national scholastic honor society for students with an average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale. It is the greatest scholastic distinction a first-year student can attain.

Joe DiPietro's All Shook Up! kicks off the 100th season of theater at Emporia State University. A musical comedy by the writer of "Memphis" and "I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change," "All Shook Up!" is built around hit songs made famous by Elvis Presley. Borrowing some familiar plot devices from Shakespeare, the score highlights classics like "Heartbreak Hotel," "Love Me Tender," "Don't Be Cruel," "Can't Help Falling in Love" and the title song.
